  • 4 fish fillets

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the fish fillets and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
