  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  4. Wrap each salmon fillet with 2 slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks if needed.

  5. Place the bacon-wrapped salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Brush the brown sugar mixture onto each fillet, ensuring they are well coated.
