- 4 salmon fillets
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Wrap each salmon fillet with 2 slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks if needed.
