  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Dredge each swai fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

  3. Heat vegetable oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the swai fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Transfer the cooked fillets to a plate lined with paper towels to remove any excess oil.

  6. Serve the pan-fried swai fillets with lemon slices and garnish with fresh parsley.
