  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the tilapia fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add the marinated tilapia fillets. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flaky.

  4. Serve the tilapia on a plate, garnished with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
