  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets

  • 1 lemon, sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the fillets, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
