Ingredients

  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the red snapper fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Place the seasoned red snapper fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the cooked fish.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
