How To Make Steamed bass with garlic & chilli

Ingredients
- 4 bass fillets
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 red chillies, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

Place the bass fillets in a steamer basket.

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, sliced red chillies, soy sauce, fish sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, and black pepper.

Pour the garlic-chilli mixture over the bass fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Steam the fish for 10-12 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the steamed bass.

Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
