How To Make Sriracha Grilled Shrimp

A seafood dish that’ll sure to make your mouth water! This grilled shrimp recipe leaves you with tender shrimps with a bit of heat and savory notes.

Ingredients

  • 1lbshrimpmedium, peeled and deveined
  • ¼cupbuttermelted and cooled
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 1tspparsley
  • 3clovesgarlicminced
  • 1tsphoney
  • 1tbsplemon zest
  • 3tbspSriracha
  • cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Marinate 30 minutes.

  3. Thread shrimp on skewers. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

  4. Grill shrimp 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.
