How To Make Spicy Tuna Fish Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil, for frying
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Form the mixture into patties, about 1/4 cup in size.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the tuna cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the tuna cakes from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
