Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, jalapeno, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Gently fold in the crab meat until well distributed.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite crackers or bread.
