How To Make Smoked Salmon & Watercress Pinwheels

- 4 large tortillas
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 bunch watercress
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.

Lay slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.

Arrange watercress evenly over the smoked salmon.

Squeeze lemon juice over the watercress and season with salt and pepper.

Roll up each tortilla tightly, starting from one edge.

Cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
