Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Dredge the fillets in flour, shaking off any excess.

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and crispy.

Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the lemon juice and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

Pour the lemon and butter sauce over the salmon fillets and serve immediately.
