  • 12 fresh oysters
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Scrub the oysters under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Shuck the oysters and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Spoon the spinach mixture onto each oyster, dividing it evenly among them. Drizzle melted butter over the top.

  5. Bake the oysters in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the oysters are cooked through.

  6. Serve the Rockin’ Oysters Rockefeller hot and enjoy!
