How To Make Roasted Salmon Rye Toasts

Ingredients
- 4 slices rye bread
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the rye bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes, or until crisp.

While the bread is toasting, season the salmon fillet with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the seasoned salmon on another baking sheet lined with parchment paper and arrange lemon slices on top.

Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it cool slightly before flaking it into small pieces using a fork.

To assemble, spread the flaked salmon on top of the toasted rye bread slices. Garnish with fresh dill.
