Ingredients

  • 4 ray fish fillets
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Season the ray fish fillets with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add the ray fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and opaque.

  4. Remove the ray fish fillets from the skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, add the capers and chopped parsley. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.

  6. Return the ray fish fillets to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, basting them with the buttery parsley and capers sauce.

  7. Serve the ray fish fillets with the sauce, garnished with sliced lemon.
