How To Make Quick and Easy Shrimp Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic, shrimp, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.

Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
