  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole


  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

  2. Add the minced garlic, shrimp, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.

  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.

  4. Serve the shrimp mixture on the warm tortillas, and top with your desired toppings.
