How To Make Prawns & Radishes with Chilli Mayo Dip

- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the dipping sauce. Set aside.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the prawns with salt and pepper.

Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Arrange the cooked prawns and sliced radishes on a serving platter.

Serve the prawns and radishes with the chilli mayo dip on the side.
