Ingredients

  • 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the dipping sauce. Set aside.

  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the prawns with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. Arrange the cooked prawns and sliced radishes on a serving platter.

  5. Serve the prawns and radishes with the chilli mayo dip on the side.
