How To Make Lemon-Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until well coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Serve the lemon-garlic shrimp with lemon wedges on the side.
