How To Make Grilled Salmon Tacos with Chipotle Lime Yogurt

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Lime wedges (for serving)
- For the Chipotle Lime Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon.

Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

While the salmon is resting, warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.

In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, minced chipotle pepper, lime juice, honey, and salt to taste.

To assemble the tacos, place a grilled salmon fillet onto each warmed tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and diced red onion. Drizzle with the chipotle lime yogurt sauce.

Serve the grilled salmon tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
