How To Make Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or thyme), chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers, making sure to leave space between each shrimp.

Brush the garlic and herb mixture onto both sides of the shrimp skewers.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and serve hot. Enjoy!
