How To Make Fish Tacos with Green Jalapeño Salsa & Chilli Cream

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Green Jalapeño Salsa:
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
- Chilli Cream:
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry. Cut into small pieces.

Dredge the fish pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the fish until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

To make the Green Jalapeño Salsa, mix the jalapeños, onion, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.

For the Chilli Cream, combine sour cream, hot sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl. Mix well.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.

Assemble the tacos by placing some shredded lettuce on each tortilla, followed by a few pieces of fried fish. Top with Green Jalapeño Salsa, Chilli Cream, and chopped cilantro.
