How To Make Easy Baked Shrimp

Shrimp lovers are going to love our easy-to-make, but super tasty baked shrimp! Whip up a batch of these shrimps in less than 10 minutes.

  • 1lbshrimptails on or off, peeled and deveined
  • 1tbspavocado oilor preferred high-heat oil
  • Kosher saltto taste
  • black pepperfreshly-ground, to taste


  1. Preheat the broiler on the oven.

  2. Arrange the baking rack about 5 inches away from the top heating element.

  3. Place the shrimps in a large mixing bowl, then pat dry with paper towels.

  4. Add oil, then toss until the shrimps are evenly coated.

  5. Transfer the shrimps to a large baking sheet, and arrange in an even layer.

  6. Season generously with salt and pepper.

  7. Broil for 2 minutes, or until the shrimp are a bright reddish-pink and opaque.

  8. Remove from the oven, then transfer the shrimps to a serving dish.

  9. Serve warm, and enjoy!
