  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 1lbshrimppeeled and de-veined
  • ½cupchimichurri sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the shrimp, then cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring and flipping occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through and no longer opaque.

  3. Stir in the chimichurri sauce, and toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

  4. Remove from heat.
