
How To Make Copycat Bonefish Grill Bang Bang Shrimp
Tossed in a mix of mayo, Sriracha, and Thai sweet chili sauce, this copycat bang bang shrimp explodes with a crisp and spicy flavor.

Ingredients
- ½cupmayonnaise
- ¼cupThai Sweet Chili Sauce
- ¼tspSriracha
- 1lbshrimp,shelled and deveined
- ½cupbuttermilk
- ¾cupcornstarch
- canola oil,for frying
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.

In a second bowl. add the shrimp and buttermilk and stir to coat all the shrimp.

Remove from the buttermilk and let excess liquid drain away.

Coat the shrimp in cornstarch.

In a heavy bottomed pan, add 2 to 3 inches of canola oil and heat to 375 degrees F.

Fry the shrimp until lightly brown, 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Once fried coat with the sauce and serve immediately.
