How To Make Chorizo Bean Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup of chorizo, diced
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.)
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mash the black beans with a fork.

In a skillet, cook the chorizo until it is browned and crispy. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed black beans, cooked chorizo, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are firm and cooked through.
