- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- lettuce leaves
- sliced tomatoes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.

In separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and panko bread crumbs.

Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, and coat with panko bread crumbs.

Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
