How To Make Grilled Bison Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground bison meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine bison meat, breadcrumbs, onion, mushrooms, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
