
How To Make Simple Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onions and mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.

Add garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.

Sprinkle flour over the onions and mushrooms, stirring well to coat.

Slowly pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the sour cream and cooked ground beef. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
