Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato slices, and condiments for topping
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine shredded carrots, chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, grated zucchini, and chopped mushrooms.

Add ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.

Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
