Ingredients

  • 1lblean ground beef
  • ¼cupdried cranberries
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • salt and ground black pepper,to taste
  • ¼cuppeanut butter
  • 4onion kaiser rolls,split, toasted
  • ¼cupstrawberry jam
  • ¼cupgoat cheese,crumbled, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  2. Combine the ground beef, dried cranberries, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl, then form the mixture into 4 patties.

  3. Cook the patties on the grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F.

To Assemble:

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto the bottom layer of each roll, then top with 1 burger.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam on the top layer of each roll, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon goat cheese.

  3. Place the strawberry jam-goat cheese-layered bun atop burger to make a sandwich. Serve and enjoy!
