- 1lblean ground beef
- ¼cupdried cranberries
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
- ¼cuppeanut butter
- 4onion kaiser rolls,split, toasted
- ¼cupstrawberry jam
- ¼cupgoat cheese,crumbled, or to taste
Instructions

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Combine the ground beef, dried cranberries, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl, then form the mixture into 4 patties.

Cook the patties on the grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F.
To Assemble:

Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto the bottom layer of each roll, then top with 1 burger.

Spread 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam on the top layer of each roll, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon goat cheese.
