  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 burger buns
  • Sliced avocado, lettuce, and tomato for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onions, cilantro, jalapenos, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, and salt.

  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

  3. Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
