- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and any desired toppings for serving

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into burger patties.

Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Cook the burgers for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
