Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and any desired toppings for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into burger patties.

  3. Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Cook the burgers for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

  4. Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  5. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and the cooked chicken and feta burger patty on each bun. Add any desired toppings.
