How To Make Lamb Kebab Burger

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices
  • Tzatziki sauce for serving


  1. In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.

  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.

  4. Cook the lamb patties for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned.

  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lamb patty on each bun, then top with lettuce, tomato, and onion slices. Spread tzatziki sauce on the other side of the bun.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
