Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 pineapple rings
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Mayonnaise
Instructions

Preheat the grill or barbecue.

In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the chicken breast fillets with the Cajun seasoning mixture.

Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned chicken.

Grill the chicken fillets on medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Grill the pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they have grill marks.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly toasted.

Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken fillet on the bottom half of each bun.

Top with a grilled pineapple ring, a slice of cheddar cheese, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and a dollop of mayonnaise.
