- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soybean meal
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 hamburger buns
- Mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, and sliced tomatoes, for serving

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soybean meal, bread crumbs, diced onions, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
