Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- Lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion slices for serving

In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
