- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into four patties.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the hamburger patties until they reach your desired doneness.

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or over-easy.

In the same skillet used for the patties, combine the beef broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until it thickens into a gravy-like consistency.
