Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 slices of bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, soaked bread, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. With wet hands, shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 10-12 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through.

  4. Serve the German hamburgers with your favorite bread rolls or buns, along with some mustard or ketchup. Enjoy!
