  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

  3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the sliders for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. Toast the slider buns if desired.

  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun. Add your favorite toppings, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, or pickles.
