  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and any additional toppings


  1. Preheat grill or stovetop skillet.

  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, diced jalapenos, onions, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Shape mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
