How To Make Zesty Black & Blue Burger

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Zesty mayo sauce (see wprm ingredient)


  1. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal patties.

  2. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  3. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned.

  4. Spread the zesty mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked burger patty on top.

  5. Top each patty with crumbled blue cheese, arugula, red onion slices, and tomato slices. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.

  6. Serve the Zesty Black & Blue Burgers immediately and enjoy!
