How To Make Garlic Teriyaki Edamame

- 1 lb edamame beans, frozen
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Cook the edamame beans according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add cooked edamame beans to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour teriyaki sauce over the edamame beans and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and salt to taste.
