  • 1 lb edamame beans, frozen
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the edamame beans according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Add cooked edamame beans to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over the edamame beans and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and salt to taste.

  6. Serve hot as an appetizer.
