  • 4 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs start to set.

  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked and the noodles are heated through.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot, topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
