Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over them, making sure they are coated evenly.

  4. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.

  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.

  6. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

  7. Serve the salmon over a bed of cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
