How To Make Coffee Jelly

Jelly desserts don’t always have to mean ordinary gelatin dishes in cups. With our tasty jelly recipes, a jelly dessert will make you become the talk of the town before you know it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Crushed ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix the strong brewed coffee and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in cold water. Let it sit for a few minutes.

  3. Pour the gelatin mixture into the coffee mixture and stir well until fully combined.

  4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a rectangular or square container. Let it cool and refrigerate until firm.

  5. Once the coffee jelly is set, cut it into cubes.

  6. To serve, place a few coffee jelly cubes in a glass or bowl, add crushed ice, and pour sweetened condensed milk on top.

  7. Mix well before enjoying.
