How To Make Japanese Beef Udon Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 8 oz udon noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add beef and cook until brown.

Pour in broth, soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil then lower heat.

Simmer for 20 minutes or until beef is tender.

Cook udon noodles according to package instructions and put in the soup.
