Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sake or dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together garlic, sake, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.

  2. Add the sliced beef into the bowl and toss until fully coated.

  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat.

  4. Grill the meat for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  5. Serve with sliced green onions, salt, and pepper.
