How To Make Teriyaki Pork Steak Recipe

Juicy pork steak marinated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork steaks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

  2. Place pork steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Remove pork from marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.

  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork steaks for 6-8 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with a drizzle of extra sauce.
