  • 4 sheets of nori seaweed
  • 2 cups of cooked sushi rice
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces of crab meat
  • Soy sauce, for dipping
  • Pickled ginger, for serving
  • Wasabi, for serving


  1. Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo sushi rolling mat.

  2. Spread about ½ cup of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch gap at the top.

  3. Spread a quarter of the cream cheese and crab meat along the bottom edge of the sushi rice.

  4. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.

  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 sushi rolls.

  6. Slice each sushi roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.

  7. Serve the sushi rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
