How To Make Chicken Yakisoba

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Yakisoba noodles
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onions, cabbage, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add cooked Yakisoba noodles.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and noodles. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
